ON THE FOREIGN SCENE SIX KILLED TWENTY FOUR ABDUCTED IN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO’S ATTACK

Six people were killed and twenty four others abducted in the Democratic Republic of Congo’s troubled East, after an attack blamed on the notorious Militia.
The Violence happened in Beni, North Kivu province, Territorial administrator, Donat Kibwana said twenty-four Civilians including a reporter with a community Radio Station were abducted in the attack.
The Allied Democratic Forces, ADF is blamed for slaughtering around eight hundred Civilians over the past year in the province which boarder Uganda.
The United Nations said in july that the group’s attacks could constitute crimes against humanity and War Crimes.
Reports say the ADF which originated in the 1990’s as a Ugandan Muslim rebal group, have more than one hundred Militias that plague the Eastern provinces of the Vast Country.
