Mixed  reactions  have  trailed  the  impeachment  of  the  45th United  States of America President Donald  Trump by the  House of  Representatives.

Speaking  in an interview with Radio  Rivers Correspondents  Blessing David, and  Etema Marcus residents in the State including Peter Ibe Favour James  and  Emeka Chinerum  said  President  Trump has desecrated  the office  of  the  President  by his  action, as  America is seen as  a  role model for  democracy across  the  world.

They noted  that the   Country’s interest should have come  first before  any individual’s  interest pointing out  that some of  his  Republican Party Congress  men voted  against  him for  inciting  his  supporters to attack Capitol building.

Others  however said  the  impeachment  of  Donald  Trump now is  not  necessary since  he has  a  week to vacate  the  office

The  respondents  advised Nigerian  Politicians  to learn from the  mistake of  Donald  Trump and  concede defeat after  elections  to avoid destruction  of lives and property as  well as inciting  violence  since  no one is  above  the  law.
