Mixed reactions have trailed the decision of Federal Government deploying female combatant soldiers along the Kaduna-Abuja highway to check the incessant killing and kidnapping by bandits.
Speaking in an interview with Radio Rivers, Correspondent Alexander Wikina in Port Harcourt, Miss Osaroejor Favour Mose said that there should be more proactive decision, that, deploying female soldiers who have the same training with the male soldiers is not the solution.
She said the decision would only bring positive change, if they have different training from their male counterparts.
Others described the decision as military policy and not a democratic decision that would actively serve the general interest of Nigerians.
