A Councilorship aspirant in Ward 4 Eleme Local Government Rivers State, Miss Favour moses Osaroejor has promised to improve lives of some Less Privillaged persons in her ward if given a chance as a councillor.
The Councilorship Aspirant, Miss Favour Moses noted that if elected into office she would perform better than all her male counterparts who had held the position previously as well as reawaken politics in the Ward.
