A FEMALE JOURNALIST KIDNAPPED BY GUNMEN IN PORT HARCOURT REGAINS FREEDOM.

The female Journalist Chidiebere Onya who was kidnapped at gunpoint on last Tuesday night in Woji axis of Port Harcourt, has regained her freedom after spending five days with her abductors.
Rivers State Police Command spokesman, Nnamdi Omoni who confirmed her released in a statement said she was rescued in the early hours of yesterday.
The Police Image maker said her rescue was made possible due to intense pressure mounted by the command, adding that the pressure made her abductors to abandon her where she was sighted and rescued.
He further added that after receiving medicals she will be debriefed and released to unite with her family.
