BORNO STATE GOVERNOR URGES PRESIDENT BUHARI TO ENGAGE THE SERVICE OF MERCENARIES TO END INSURGENCY IN THE COUNTRY.

Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has urged President Muhammadu Buharri to engage the services of mercenaries to end insurgency in the Country.
Speaking at the North-East Governors Forum held in Bauchi, Governor Zulum also advised the President to seek help from neighbouring Countries.
He, however, asked the Federal Government to be committed to ending the insurgency noting that joint action is required to end the menace .
Governor Zulum who is also the chairman of the forum urged the newly appointed Service Chiefs to adopt new strategies and initiatives in tackling insecurity in the Country.
