EFCC ARRAIGNS ENEMO OKORIA, EBHOFAGE, FRANCIS DAPAGAMO AND A COMPANY, DIESEL POWER NIGERIA LIMITED BEFORE JUSTICE J.K OMOTOSHO OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT PORT HARCOURT ON TWO COUNT CHARGES OF CONSPIRACY AND ILLEGAL DEALING ON PETROLEUM PRODUCTS WITHOUT LICENSE.

The Port Harcourt Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arraigned Enemo Okoria, Ebhofage Brown and Francis Dapagamo and a Company, Diesel Power Nigeria Limited before Justice J. K Omotosho of the Federal High Court Port Harcourt on two count charges of conspiracy and illegal dealing on petroleum products without license.
They all pleaded not guilty to the charges.
In view of their pleas, prosecution counsel, J. N. Dononyaro, prayed the court to fix a date to commence full trial.
However, counsels to the defendants, Dionu Nnah, Peace Anucha, G.C Egrile and B.O Koko, informed the court of their bail application already filed on behalf of their clients.
Justice Omotosho thereafter, adjourned the matter to Thursday, March 18, 2021 for hearing of bail applications and ordered that the defendants be remanded in the Correctional Centre.
