The President of Lynn Chancel and Towers Mission, the Very Reverend Fyneface Akah has identified on-line and virtual church service as a potent new window of evangelism in church ministry.
The Very Reverend Fyneface Akah stated this during a Special Liturgical Service to mark one year anniversary of Lynn Chancel and Towers Mission Woji, Port Harcourt.
According to him, the Lynn Chancel and Mission attaches premium to on-line and virtual Church Services to provide spiritual needs to humanity across the globe characterized by pandemic, non-sedentary work style and highly complex business environment.
The President of Lynn Chancel and Towers Mission who is also the UBE Chairman reaffirmed commitment to prioritize salvation of souls, while the church services of the mission are conducted in accordance with Anglican rites.
Answering questions after the live workship service, the Very Reverend Akah explained that every Sunday represents an Easter, pointing out that Jesus was still physically on earth for forty days showing Himself to the redeemed of God before ascension.
Earlier, the Venerable Dandeson Emmanuel of Anglican Diocese of Ogoni challenged leaders in position of trust to be accountable to citizens, while urging them to use their wealth to help the needy in society.
Venerable Emmanuel emphasized that the resurrection of Jesus Christ was not just an event but a demonstration and call for spiritual relationship with God and humanity and further commended Lynn Chancel and Towers Mission for its effort to promote evangelism through virtual church service.
The service featured prayers for the nation, state and families.
