RIGHT REVEREND ENOCK TUBOYEDIA CALLS ON CHRISTIANS TO FORSAKE THEIR SINS AND RETURN TO GOD TO RECEIVE SALVATION.

The Anglican Bishop, Diocese of Okrika, Right Reverend Enoch Atuboyedia has called on Christians to forsake their sins in genuine repentance and return to God to receive His salvation.
Right Reverend Atuboyedia who made the call in a sermon during the Official Inauguration of Divine Anglican Church, Okujagu as a Parish, launching of five hundred million Naira for Church completion, confirmation and admission ceremony in Port Harcourt also urged members of the Diocese to be actively involved Evangelism to win more souls for Christ in line with the policy of the Church of Nigeria.
The Bishop regretted that the Church was gradually becoming complaisant on the things of God instead of propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ and telling the good news of the redemption and salvation of Jesus Christ to mankind emphasizing that the cardinal purpose of man on earth is to carry out the will of God to make heaven.
The Man of God who spoke on the topic “The Good Tiding of Great Joy” admonished Christians denominations to conquer nations for God and not allow the agent of darkness to prevail against the primary mandate of the Church in leading sinners to repentance.
Also speaking the Chairman, Parish Inauguration Committee, Divine Anglican Church Okujagu, Port Harcourt, Dr Samuel Eremie expressed gratitude to God for the upgrading and inauguration of Divine Anglican Church to a Parish saying members of the Church have been working towards it for the past thirteen years.
