COMMENDATIONS HAVE TRAILED THE FLAG-OFF OF AHOADA-OMOKU ROAD AND THE APPROVAL OF TANK JUNCTION FLY-OVER.

A cross section of residents of Port-Harcourt has commended Governor Nyesom Wike for the recent flag-off of Ahoada-Omoku Road describing it as a welcome development.
Speaking in an interview with Radio Rivers reporter Asitonka Fubara-Tams on the benefits of the road to the people of the area and the State in general Franchise Briggs noted that the road when completed would boost the economy of the area.
According to him, with the construction of roads in the rural areas, Governor Wike has opened up the rural Communities thereby bringing development closer to the people as well as decongest the urban areas.
He called on the government to embark on Construction of more rural roads while appealing for consideration of more internal roads abandoned by the previous administrations.
