Uganda’s President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed a new Vice President, a female called Jessica Rose Epel Alupo.
Jessica Alupo, a former Military Officer, is an educator as well as a politician.
Jessica is also a member of parliament representing Katakwi District’s Women.
She had served as a Minister of Education in the year 2011 and will now be the Vice President of Uganda for the next five years upto the year 2026.
