Mike Igini explained that he and two others attended a close friend’s Mother’s burial of  Isele-Uku in Delta State.

According to Igini, he left the burial for Benin on Sunday and stopped over at Protea Hotel to have launch with full security escort that accompanied him on the trip and thereafter went to see his Uncle who is  the Former Vice–Chancellor of  the University of Benin, Professor Andrew Onokeroraye who just turned seventy six and finally left Benin for Lagos on Wednesday after seeing other relatives in the State.

He wondered how it was possible for him to  see Governor Obaseki on Thursday while he was in Lagos on Same day, stating that since Governor Obaseki became Governor of Edo State, he had not met him even for once.

Worried over how politicians Malign people without regard to their integrity and the sensitivity of the Institutions they work for, Igini queried the possibility of recruiting ad-hoc staff for an election he is not officially involved
