Weekend drive on daybreak ’99 is a weekly audience participatory programme that features every Friday from 8am to 10am. The programme has 3 segments anchored by Isaac Esuku. It begins with the FACE TO FACE segment which features guests on topical local, national and or global issues. The second segment is on TRENDING STORIES. The guests in the studio and the (audience) listener via the phone lines air their opinion on choice topics. The last segment which is “FROM THE SUBLIME TO THE RIDICULOUS takes a look at government facilities in its present state with the view of making suggestions on the way forward.

Isaac Esuku is currently the head, out broadcast unit Radio Rivers. A producer commentator. Had been a news reader and programme presenter. He is a trainer of enthusiastic youths with good background and passion for the media profession. As a commentator, he has been on several live coverage of various on sports and special events-From historical sites in Israel to FIFA under 23 world cup hosted by Nigeria (Nigeria 99), National league and continental cup matches, government activities, etc. He is the producer/presenter of “weekend drive on daybreak 99”,”Sports Supreme”-a daily sports show. Isaac Esuku has been compared to the Governor of Rivers State (2015-2016).
