The Rivers State Chapter of the Christian Association on Nigeria, CAN, has condemned in strong terms the bombing of Christian Universal Church of Nigeria along Azikiwe Street, Mile II Diobu in Port Harcourt.
Speaking to newsmen during an inspection visit to the Church, the State Chairman, Most Special Apostle Stanley Dimkpa, said CAN will not fold its hands and watch miscreants take laws into their hands.
Most Special Apostle Dimkpa called on the Inspector of General of Police as well as the Rivers State Commissioner of Police to swing into action with a view to bringing the masterminds of the dastardly act to book.
The State CAN Chairman thanked the Diobu Vigelante for their effots in apprehending the mail runner who exploded the dynamite inside the church and thanked God that no life was lost.
