RIVERS STATE DEPUTY GOVERNOR DESCRIBES GOVERNOR WIKE AS A LEADER OF GOOD GOVERNANCE.

Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr Mrs Ipalibo Harry Banigo ahs felicitated with the state Chief Executive Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as he celebrated his Birthday yesterday.

In a statement Doctor Banigo said Governor wike’s commitment to turn around the fortunes of Rivers people, through massive infrastrutural and Human Capital Development stand him out as one of the greatest leaders in the annuals of history stressing that she is proud to be associated with the success story of the Governor.

Dr. Banigo further said the state Governor is a great patriot and Icon of Democracy and good Governance.
