Senator Abaribe noted that the non-implementation of the federal budget by the All Progressives Congress, APC led federal government due to excuses, after a well thought out input by lawmakers has hindered development in various parts of the country like the Enugu-Port Harcourt Highway.
He described Governor Wike as an ambassador, a role model and a shining light of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and lauded him for deploying the state resources to impact on the lives of Rivers people.
