BANDIT HAVE ABDUCTED EIGHTEEN POLICE OFFICERS ALONG BIRNIN GWARI FUNTUA ROAD IN KADUNA STATE

Bandits have abducted eighteen Police Officers along the Birnin Gwari-Funtua road in Kaduna State.
The Chairman, Birnin Gwari Emirate Progressive Union, Mr Salisu Haruna confirmed the attack in a statement.
According to him, the Policemen were on transit from Minna in Niger State to Kano State when they were attacked.
The report also indicating that two Police Officers had called home on phone informing that they were attacked, appealed to the government to face the security issues in Birnin Gwari squarely until victory is achieved.
