The Chairman, Employment Bureau in Rumuolumeni Community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Noble Orluegele says it is not true that the youths of the Community, kidnapped members of Staff of Ocean Marine Solutions.
Noble Orluegele stated this while speaking as guest on Radio Rivers news feature Programme.
He explained that after the management of Ocean Marine Solutions and the leadership of the Community failed to respond to request for employment, the Youths intercepted the Company’s Vehicle along the Townhall area to draw attention to their request for employment.
He insisted that the Community has skilled manpower fit for employment in Ocean Marine Solutions and urged officials of Nigeria Navy not to prevent Companies operating in the Community from giving employment to the indigenes of the Community.
In his remarks, another Member of the Employment Bureau, Wisdom Nyewenwo disclosed that Rumuolumeni Community was open to dialogue in respect to employment of the youths, saying that the Community will not succumb to cheap blackmail because as he puts it, Rumuolumeni Communities do not have any forest to harbor criminals.
