Reports from India say a Scottish man who has been held in an India Jail without conviction for three years has told the news men that he was tortured to sign a blank confession
Jagter Singh Jahal from Oumbaiton is being held under India’s anti-terror laws, accused of conspiring to murder a number of right wing Hindu leaders
Court documents alleged that he helped fund the crimes and claim he was a member of a terrorist gang.
Mr. Johal said he had been falsely implicated.
The thirty three year old says he was physically tortured into signing a blank confession and forced to record a video which was broadcast on Indian TV.
