SUSPECTED BANDITS INVADE BAKA VILLAGE IN KADUNA IGABI COUNCIL OF KADUNA STATE AND KILL MAN AND HIS SON.

Barely one week after twenty-three people were killed in five Local Government Areas of the State, suspected bandits invaded Baka Village in Kaduna Igabi Council of Kaduna State and killed man and his son.
The dead man, Sanusi Musa and his son were said to had resisted an attempt by the bandits to kidnap them.
The Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan confirmed the incident.
Aruwan said the bandits invaded Baka Village in the early hours of Saturday and attacked the residence of the victims by shooting sporadically.
He explained that the bandits in an attempt to kidnap one Sanusi Musa who as a farmer in the village after gaining access into his compound shot both the man and his son dead.
Meanwhile, Governor Nasir El-Rufai has expressed sadness over the attacks and condoled with the family of the slain father and son while offering prayers for the repose of their souls.
