THIRD NUJ NATIONAL CONFERENCE TAGGED RIVERS 2021 BEGINS ON THE 6TH THROUGH 8TH JUNE, 2021 AT OBI WALI INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE, PORT HARCOURT AT 9AM.

The Third NUJ National Conference tagged Rivers 2021 will begin on 6^th through 8^th June 2021 at Obi Wali International Conference Centre Port Harcourt at nine o’clock in the morning.

The Conference with the theme ‘The Media, Insecurity and National Unity’ will have the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Chief Nyesom Wike as Special guest of honour, as well declare the conference open, while a key note address will be delivered by Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.

A statement issued by Secretary NUJ Rivers State Council, Ike Wogodo said the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed will be Guest of honour, former President, Nigeria Bar Association, O.C.J Okocha is the Chairman of the occasion, while the National President, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Comrade Christopher Isiguzo is the host and enjoins those concern to attend.
