Governor Nyesom Wike has said the signing of contributory Health protection programme bill into law will enable the State Government fulfil its contractual obligations.
The Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Ikuinyi-Owaji said the two bills signed into law by the State Governor were critical element in the developing society.
The Federal High Court has ordered Federal Government to pay Bayelsa nine hundred and fifty one million dollars derivative arrears.
And, the Director General of WTO, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has said Nigeria, South Africa and others are being considered as vaccine production Hubs.
