Venerable Akah explained government under the free education scheme must provide school building infrastructure, engage and pay teachers as well as the provision of instructional materials to facilitate teaching and learning.

The educationalist charged communities and opinion Leaders to see UBE School sited in their communities as their own and protect them.
According to him an ideal school Based Committee should comprised critical stakeholders such as retired School Headmistress, Principal, CDC and religious official as well vigilante group to ensure that the school system runs unhindered.
The Christian Cleric emphasized that Service rendered by School Based Committed should translate to levy that many lead to withdrawal from school pointing levy and hidden charges are not known to the law governing free education in the country.
He took advantage of the programme to extol the invaluable contributions of the Wike led administration to the development of UBE subsector.
