THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA, CJN, JUSTICE IBRAHIM MUHAMMED SUMMONS SIX STATE CHIEF JUDGES OVER CONFLICTING ORDERS EMANATING FROM THEIR COURTS.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Ibrahim Muhammed has reportedly summoned 6 State Chief Judges over conflicting orders emanating from their courts.
Confirming the summon, Media Aide to the CJN, Ahuraka Yusuf Isah said Justice Muhammad issued the summons in his capacity as the Chairman of the National Judicial Commission, NJC.
The Judges summoned are Chief Judges of Kebbi, Cross River, Anambra, Jigawa, Imo and Rivers States.
It was gathered that following the summon on Monday, the six Judges would first appear before the Chief Justice and thereafter face the NJC to give reasons for their conflicting orders.
Reports say the meeting between the CJN and Head of Courts will hold this week before facing NJC next week.
